  1. Hi Tim,
I am passionate about making up activities, games, etc. for Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes and want to know if I can use your printouts for that purpose? Nothing would be sold to anyone -basically I would be using the printouts as a gift. I wanted to check on this before I sign up. Thanks, Becky

  2. Amanda Hardwick

    Hello!
I would like to know if I may have permission to use your bacteria cell illustration on a graphic panel in the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture, Seattle? Many thanks in advance!

  4. Hey Tim,

I work at an Aquarium and would love to use your pirate maps in a unit about explorers. Could I please use them so the campers can create their own pirate maps? They would not be for sale and only for educational application.

    Thank you!

  5. Greetings – I am putting together a day long educational workshop on employee engagement for a grad school project. I am talking about connection and its direct correlation to Maslow’s third level of belonging. I would like to use https://timsprintables.wpcomstaging.com/printables/science/maslows-hierarchy-of-needs-bw/ for the program booklet (as a coloring page for adults). Of course your image will be cited.

For more information about our event (again a grad class project), you can visit eefebruary2018lc.wordpress.com

    Thank you.

    2. Tim van de Vall

      Hi Amanda,

Yes that’s fine. You can use the image, since it’s for educational purposes.

      Tim

Dear Tim, please may I use your blank brain template in my dissertation (I will annotate it with terms relevant to my study)? I will credit your website for the template. Thank you for your consideration, Jackie

  7. Isabella Springs

    Dear Tim,
May I use your blank board game templete (I adapted it) in my diploma thesis? (Obviously I will mark your website as source)
    Hoping for a positive reply,
    Isabella

    Hello Tim,
I’ve created a board game based on your Board-Game-Template-Island-Theme and I wanted to know if I can upload it to the website teacherspayteachers, as a free board game. I will not receive any kind of payment of course, but still I wondered if it is allowed by you.
    Thank you!
    Anna

      1. Before I start with this idea, I wanted to ask for some clarification. I wanted to use your gameboard templates as the background to make digital lessons for the teachers in my district to use. If your information for credit is given on the graphic, could I still use it for this purpose or no?

As long as it’s for noncommercial educational purposes. You can’t sell the items you create, but you can share them with your colleagues.

  9. Kathrin Rösner

    Hello Tim,

I wanted to ask you if I could have your permission to use your picture showing two penguins hugging each other. They seem to help each other, both smiling and looking really friendly. I found this fine picture browsing through Google. I was looking for an animal who is living in groups. The pinguin can’t move well on land, but in the water he can show his power. I want to show the picture to a group of elemtary school children since I work as an occupational therapist in a little town in Germany. It is a school where both normal and handicaped children are working together. Is this possible?
Thank you very much in advance 🙂 !

    1. Tim van de Vall

      Hi Kathrin,

Yes, you are welcome to use the illustration for that purpose. Thanks! Tim

  10. Angela Nickerson

Hi, I would like to know if I could use your puzzle template on the back of an adult coloring page that would be used as part of package for a coloring party event where a fee would be charged?

  11. Greetings,

I have been coming to your website as a teacher for a couple of years. You really have some awesome material and I would like to share these items with teachers in my district when we do school-based professional developments. I am writing to find out if I have your permission to use your website and individual images as relevant in a power point to present to staff at schools in the district. I will not be selling the items or taking claim to their authorship but will always give your website and name listed in the presentation. From what I understand of the terms and conditions this would be ok but I want to make sure in respect of your ownership. Let me also add that your website and materials will not be the main focus of the presentation but just as another list of resources that teachers could be aware of in their individual use.

    Thanks so much!

  14. Nuria E. Williams

    Hello Tim,
I reviewed the above terms regarding use of you images and I still have a question. I love your Maslow Hierarchy of Needs imagine and wanted to include it as a figure in my dissertation. I would of course credit your website as my source. Is this a possibility?
    Thank you for considering. Nuria

    1. Tim van de Vall

Yes, that is fine, since that is considered part of educational purposes.

      Thanks for asking!

      Tim
