Things happening in the background at Tim’s Printables. In an effort to improve the website, I’m working hard to add new features, improve customer user interface, and make the website a fast, smooth machine to provide you with the Printables you need.

Here’s What’s Happening

New Printables Coming Your Way!

Lots of new Printables are on the drawing table, soon to be posted on the website.

Dot Marker Worksheets – My current focus is Dot Marker Worksheets. In case you’re not familiar dot markers, they’re large markers with a circular spongy tip. They’re perfect for toddlers and preschoolers, allowing them to have lots of fun without getting messy, all while improving their fine motor skills.
Dot-to-Dots – More dot to dots are will be rolling out over the year. This will include regular dot-to-dots and extreme difficulty dot-to-dots.
Coloring Pages – I always enjoy creating coloring pages. They’ll keep popping up like mushrooms.
Hidden Objects – I’d like to make more of these. They’re quite time-consuming to create, but people seem to really like them.

The Technical Stuff

The following updates will roll out over the coming year. Some of these things might change, but I’m going to do my best to implement them.

Printables À La Carte – Guest users will be able to purchase individual Printables without a Membership. This will be perfect for guests who only need a few items. If you’re looking for a bunch of Printables, the Membership option will remain the best deal by far!
Bundles: Bundles are coming! Soon you will be able to download a bunch of Printables in a single bundle. A Bundle section is going to be added. Bundles will be included with a Tim’s Printables Membership. Alternatively, guest users will be able to purchase them À La Carte.
General Fixing of Bugs: There are still some flaws throughout the website. I’m fixing things here and there. For the most part, guests probably won’t notice this, but it’s happening.
Reduction of Ads: I’d like to make an effort to reduce the number of Ads on the site. I find ads to be distracting and take away from the total experience. Whether I am able to do this will depend on the success of increased revenue via Memberships, Bundles, and À La Carte Printables.
Branding Illustrations: I’m trying to add more illustrations throughout the site, to make it a bit more lively. I’m including some of my original cartoon characters.

Baby News!

My wife Alley is pregnant with our first child, a little girl! We’re absolutely thrilled. This will of course be a great and important change in our lives.

My intention over the coming years is to create new Printables that my daughter will be able to use. Therefore, a lot more toddler/preschool stuff will be published. I’m curious to see what Printables she will be interested in. Hopefully the new knowledge I gain from watching her learn and play will improve the materials I create, and therefore further enrich the lives of you and your children/students as well.
