How to Play Pin the Tail on the Donkey
Step 1. Print the “Pin the Tail on the Donkey” poster above. Cut out the donkey tails and trim the bottom of the poster so it looks neat.
Step 2. Mount the poster on a wall using sticky tack or push pins.
Step 3. Add some sticky tack or a push pin to the back of each donkey tail.
Step 4. Gather the birthday guests in a line, and blind fold the first player.
Step 5. Hand the player a donkey tail. Spin the player around a few times so her or she gets dizzy. Then let them try to accurately pin the tail on the rear end of the donkey.
Step 6. Allow each child to have a turn. After 3 kids have gone, remove the donkey tails that are the furthest away from the target, and hand them to the next players. When all the kids have had a turn, determine who’s the winner.
