Lights! Camera! Action! Add a bit of movie magic to your creative project with these printable film strip templates. Drop your photos into the frame for a photo collage, or add scenes from an actual film. This original presentation method would look great on a movie poster, banner, or flyer. If you’re a student, use these blank film strip templates for your next book report, movie review, or Power Point presentation.
There are 2 film strip templates available. The first on is a horizontal film strip. The second one is a vertical film strip. They have been saved together as a PDF file.

Blank Film Strip Templates
The frames in these film strip sequences fit 640 x 480 dimensions. If you want to make a wavy film strip, you can do so in Photoshop. Place the film strip template on the top layer, and set the blend mode to “multiply.” This will allow your images on the layers below to show through the white of the template. Add all your images to the film strip template. Duplicate your layers and merge them. Place the original layers into a folder named, “originals” and lock it. Use the warp tool to bend the merged layer.
This vertical film strip would look great on the side of a movie poster or film festival banner.
Thanks – I’ve just downloaded and will try this out for some team photos after an evening event we all enjoyed.
