The unit circle is an essential math concept that every student needs to understand. It sets the foundation for trigonometry, geometry, projectile motion, sine, cosine, tangent, and countless instances of applied math. When learning about the this important concept for the first time, it may be useful to have a unit circle chart on hand as a reference sheet.
Below you will find five printable unit circle worksheets. The first sheet includes all the radians, degrees, and tangents. The second printable is a blank unit circle worksheet. Fill in the unit circle to test your knowledge. The third sheet contains just the unit circle radians. The fourth diagram has just the unit circle degrees. The final chart features tangents.
Click on the images below to open the worksheet images in your browser. Then right-click on an image and press “Save Image As…” to save it to your computer. When printing, print on a standard 8.5×11 letter-sized sheet, and press “Scale to fit.” These image have been saved as PNGs, in order to provide a high resolution while keeping the file size very small.
Unit Circle Chart
Use this diagram as a reference sheet while memorizing all the degrees, radians, and tangent coordinates.
Blank Unit Circle Chart
Fill out the unit circle to see if you know all the necessary parts. Keep completing the chart until you know all the values by heart.
Unit Circle Radians
This sheet has all the unit circle radians on it. Be sure to know how to convert from degrees to radians, and back again.
Degrees
This sheet contains the degree values.
Tangents
This last sheet has all the tangent values.
