Did you know that a seven pointed star is called a heptagram? (Hepta means ‘seven’, and gram is Greek for “written character, letter, that which is drawn.”) The 7-pointed star has significance in various cultures in the world, and also appears on many flags.
If you’d like to add some seven pointed stars to your art craft, print one of the free star sheets below! I’ve exported each 7 sided star template as an easy-to-print PDF.
These stars can be added to a multitude of projects, such as scrapbooks, classroom crafts, decorations and illustrations.
If you’d like to make durable stars, I recommend printing them on cardstock or construction paper. Then cut them out carefully with scissors or an X-acto knife.
